Agrees and pleads that you consider some lienency in sentencing of Bryan Palmer

The goal of this petition is to show all the support that Bryan Palmer has. Everyone who signs this is agreeing to the fact that there is a lot about Bryan that is not known and he is a wonderful person who deserves to at least have another shot at life. We as a community know that he is a great asset to his family, friends and community.
