Increase penalties for selling police badges

Poloce badges help identify offficers. They shouldn't be for sale. It is currently a class B misdemeanor to sell police badges.
Increase the penalties to a class D felony punishable by a $ 5,000 fine and 5 years imprisonment. Thank you
