This law is unfair to the home owner, it gives guest the right to stay in your home, without paying rent.
In order to make someone leave there are 4 stages you must do:
1) Send a certified letter to the person to vacate the premises in 3 days.
IF THEY REFUSE TO LEAVE
2) Send a certified letter to the person to vacate the premises in 5 days.
IF THEY STILL REFUSE TO LEAVE
3) Send a certified letter to the person to vacate the premises in 14days.
AND IF THEY STILL REFUSE TO LEAVE
4) You must go to the courthouse for a Judge to determine if the person needs to leave. If so he gives a 30 day notice for the person to vacate the premises.
WHAT RIGHTS DOES THE HOMEOWNER HAVE HERE? THE PERSON CAN DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY CAUSE A DISTURBANCE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD AND WHATEVER ELSE THEY CHOOSE TO DO.
