Stop the high cost of conEdison's delivery charges

Most of the time your Con-Ed bill your cost for delivery of service is more than your actual cost,If it's not more it's as much as the cost of your uses.This must stop.There must be a flat fee for delivery with the millions of customer I feel 20 to 30 dollars a month should be more than plenty.Send this to the New York Senate.
