Fire JOE BURCHETT

The inmates of BCDC were rioting and set fire to The jail last night cause of the poor living conditions since Thursday. They were not moved to the annex facility until Saturday so until then they were without water and sewage for days. They might be inmates but they do have rights and I believe that violates them. These are inhumane living conditions. We deserve a jailer who will care for the inmates needs and the facility that there in.the inmates started this riot because there voices were not heard about the poor living conditions I feel.its important to note they did not injure anyone and they did not try and run they did this to get a point across that they can't be treated this way.
