More and more dead dolphins are found drifted in to beaches in New Jersey, Virginia and New York. By the end of this December 1,000 dead dolhins have been found. This number is ten time larger than in the last years. Many of the dead dolphins had injuries in their mouths, inside lungs or on skins. The NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) have evidence that the dolphins were killed by cetacean morbillivirus (familiar to virus which causes measles in humans). However the NOAA is investigating the cause as the death of thousands of dolphins due to virus is not usual. Dolphins also were found killed on the east coast of Florida peninsula and Indian River Lagoon. Scientist state the virus is apparantely caused by the pollution in the water. Contaminating waters apparantely causes virus and clearly kills innocent animals in a horrible way. Say STOP to the pollution of waters and to the killing of animals. We should really concern and raise our voice about the contaminating of waters as those waters also come down on us in form of rain, DO WE ALSO WANT GET MEASLES VIRUS? I don't think so!
