Object "transparent" backpack rule. (Privacy rights!)

Global Concepts high school sent out a school email summarizing the new "transparent backpack" rule. My fellow peers and I completely object to this rule. As a female students at Global Concepts high school we deserve a right to privacy due to a number of hygienic conditions. Another obvious reason is availability and price. Most students, if not every student, have already purchased their school supplies including backpacks. It would be ignorant and insensitive to push this rule. Global always stresses how we are a family or in your terms "One global". How are we "One Global" with the rules and equality when only the high school have such strict rules. Whether it waded the no polos rule last year or the no ham rule years ago because a certain majority of students couldn't eat them, which my sister petitioned and expelled. The creators of this rule clearly separated teenagers from pre-teens and childhood, but failed to separate female needs from male needs. I personally cannot speak on or for specific male needs, but I can humanely speak on students right to privacy and comfortability. Education also plays a role. For instance a student may have a test in class, he/she puts their bag either on the floor, on the back of his/her chair, or on a desk/table beside them and say they have their notes or the answers in that bag, unprotected. Now being surrounded by 1-4 students at a time think of how many out of that 4 including the subject can just look at the floor or ahead of them or right next to them through their transparent bag to cheat, or help cheat. We aren't just telling the school to ban this rule, we would be glad to sit down with administrators and come to a fair, comfortable solution. If you can, put yourselves in the students shoes, acknowledge our thoughts and opinions on this particular situation. We never have a voice or say in these rules, so if and when we do have something to say about it is your professional obligation to address it. A signed petition is also in progress as we speak. Thank you for your time.
