STOP THE INCREASE OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES FROM 17000 TONNES T0 24064 TONNES

NuStar plan to add more Hazardous Substances to our local community at the moment they are allowed to store 17000 tonnes but wish to increase this by 41.5% to 24064 tonnes. This will increase the risk of serious environmental damage, effects to local wildlife and hazards to health if anything should every go wrong with the holding tankers or transfer lines. So by signing this petition you are telling Wirral Borough council that you are against this proposal and would like them to take into account the fore mentioned issues.
