Demand Walmart to Have Properly Trained Employees for the Care of their Fish!!!

Their fish are neglected and abused. They don't have any plants or anything the fish need in the tanks. No one is trained to take proper care of them. Just anyone in the store will get one out when one is purchased. None of them know what they are doing. They need to be trained in properly caring for these fish and treat them accordingly if any of them become ill or injured. The Bettas sit in those little cups in their own filth for days with no air or anything to eat. It breaks my heart every time I go to see them. Most of the time the tanks have a lot of dead fish in there for days. It is sickening and something needs to be done!
