Mark Matloff has placed more people in jail than any other d.a. we ever have had in his position when our prisons are already over crowded. He fails to push jailtime for actual criminals that are violent and repeat offenders of domestic violence and sex crimes ect... then misdemeanor charges he wants to max out sentences. He also has failed to return victims property when cases are complete and allowed animals to be left uncared for and not taken any steps to let people know animals are unattended even after being asked to do so......He also allows people of questionable charachter currently facing charges themselves to get reduced sentences to write statements against others of no previous connection....this makes no sense.. how can these people even be credible??? The system is corrupt and plays by their own rules ..this county is in need of help.
