Utah court system for fathers

My petition is against the Utah court system . Why is that when i was granted custody of my two sons by CPS court in Las Vegas Nv, and the mother was charged with child neglectic and child abuse and did nothing no case plan the mother did nothing . I as the father did and finished all case plan. Years later mother asked if she could have the kids for the weekend and skipped state with them . Police did nothing i couldnt find her for a year i found where they lived and she moves another year goes by and i find her again the mother moves again changes there phone number . I find her 2 a half years later she says if i want to see my son that i needed to take her to court so i did i filed in las vegas they say no i have to file in cedar city utah so i did it took almost a year to finaly get a court date . I go to court oct.17 2016 . The mother doesnt show up she stays home thinking she had it in the bag rhey wouldnt give me custody . Well guss what they did for her not coming to court i recieved custody of my son christian . But only temporary custody but i asked for custody the said theres one more step. So three weeks go by and the mother by lieing says she was out of town which she wasnt my son told me she was home got the motion set aside and it did not say she could come and get my son nor did it say she was granted custody . But out of no where she has her bestfriend bring our daughter over and luwer my son out of the house and pulled up and nabbed him into the vehicle as i ran out to the car i opened the back door my son went to get out she jumps from the front seat and grabbs him tells the driver to go they take off drag me down the street the grandmother following close hits me. My girlfriend calles 911 . It takes the police 45 minutes to get there i then show them my custody papers an order from the judge keith barns from cedar city utah . They said this does no good here this is an order from utah and do nothing not even after they drug me down the street and hit me with the other car Nothing . I called the judge the very next morning and he did nothing he let her keep him . I feel cheated by the system i did everything legal by the book and got shit on by the system the system does not work at least not for fathers we get shit on by the mothers lies to our childern and to the courts that are supposed to protect us and our childern. I dont know where to turn anymore ive done all i can do to be a part of my sons life again after raising him for the first 9 years of his life that he no linger remembers because of his mother brain washing him
