Remove Josh Matthews as TNA Commentator

Josh Matthews is a jerk to wrestling fans on social media, most notably on Twitter. While he is almost always bullying or antagonizing fans, his recent comment in a response to a user on Twitter saying "You should really shoot yourselves" should be the final nail in the coffin.
