We need signatures to slow traffic. Hilltop Drive is a major thoroughfare here in Chula Vista and unfortunately, vehicles speed on a regular basis. This has created a dangerous atmosphere for pedestrians and drivers alike. This is a residential area that has seen numerous auto accidents and even deaths in the past several years. We need your signatures to make our residential area safe for kids/students and adult citizens who interact on a daily basis.
