DEMAND CT State Police and Mayor's Office to investigate the allegations of dog abuse in Waterbury, CT

ATTENTION ANIMAL LOVERS AND DECENT HUMAN BEINGS EVERYWHERE:
There is a video being widely circulated which captures the horrific sounds of dogs screaming while being allegedly beaten in Waterbury, CT. There are numerous photos and audio clips circulating the web as well.

It has also been alleged that sexual abuse of one or more dogs may have taken place on the same property by the man who is allegedly beating the dogs in the video. It has been reported to the Waterbury Police Department & Animal Control as well as to the Mayor's office but seems to be falling on deaf ears. The local news even recently covered this situation, the police responded by saying the video could be a hoax; but what about the rest of the allegations, audio and video footage? And where are the findings of this "investigation"?

This abuse has been allegedly going on for over 4 years! And the Waterbury Police Department and The Waterbury ACO have not done a thorough investigation!

We are asking that you please sign and share this petition and demand a thorough and highly transparent investigation of this alleged abuse situation by the State of Connecticut Police Department and the CT Department of Agriculture - Animal Control Division. We would like an official response from Waterbury Mayor Neil M. O’Leary’s office as well.

We want answers and a thorough investigation done with the dogs assessed by the State of Connecticut (NOT just the Waterbury Police Dept).
