Adding the scrapped Pokemon idea of Kurusu into the franchise

Pokemon is one of the most popular and successful franchises out in the world today, and in newer generations, all we have seen are keys, trees, ice cream, etc. This petition is created to support the addition of the scrapped 2nd gen starter of Kurusu that got replaced by our beloved Totodile.
Let us talk a little about Kurusu. First of all, as I have stated previously, Kurusu was the original second generation water starter along with Cyndaquil and Chikorita. However, Game Freak and the Pokemon CO decided against adding it to the game and replaced it with Totodile. Now, as much as we all love Totodile, I think that Kurusu would have been a better addition to the two others. Both Cyndaquil and Chikorita have fairly simple artwork, so did Kurusu, where as Totodile has a much more complex look to it that we don't believe was ready for its time. I, as the writer of this petition, personally believe that Totodile should have been a 4th Gen starter since this is when Pokemon artwork caught up to Totodile. Kurusu's looks are fairly simple, it looks like a little teddy bear, and does not have many colors, only really a whitish blue (If you want to see for yourself, go to google and search "Kurusu Pokemon") It is probably the cutest Pokemon I have seen yet and its final stage of evolution is meant to resemble a viking ship! We all love Thor, we all love vikings and we will all love Kurusu! So why would Game Freak deny this Pokemon? was it too simple? was it not able to live up to the standards of its fellow starters which we know it wasn't! Anyhow, Please make Gamefreak make this Pokemon a generation 7 starter, or even just make them add it into the game! it would make Pokemon the best game on earth.
- A group of people who feels Kurusu should not be left out.
