Justice for Dozer and the countless voiceless animals

We are trying to raise awareness about the senseless killing and torture of defenseless innocent animals. I have been working tirelessly to help the animals of North Zulch for the past 15 years. It has always been very personal for me, speaking for the voiceless and educating my community about spaying/neutering and general care of animals. The services I have provided have been feeding stations, vetting and fixing animals at my own expense. I have also helped elderly people retain their beloved pets with assistance in feeding and spay/neuter  i never realized how personal it could become until my family was faced with this crisis. Our family pet was senselessly murdered by a drunk man who has been terrorizing animals. Law enforcement has been made aware of it in the past to no avail. He has also threatened me many times with no consequences for his actions. The citizens of North Zulch are no longer going to tolerate this type of behavior. We have received little or no response on animal issues that have been reported to them. They do not acknowledge state penal code laws concerning cruelty to animals and, in our opinion, sit back an allow "certain people" that are born and raised here with ties to influential officials, to do what ever they want. In other words, if the "good ole boys" laws apply to you, you are safe to do whatever you wish, which includes discharging a firearm  across the street from the only park in town.  We want Justice for Dozer, an all the other helpless animals in our community. RIP our beautiful BOY!
