Thank West Virginia for Spay/ Neuter Funds

West Virginia Governor signed into law Senate Bill 202, The Spay/ Neuter Assistance Fund Bill.

The Spay/Neuter Assistance bill will help fund the vital surgeries to reduce the number of unwanted companion animals in the state and help control the unwanted pet population.

Every year, millions of healthy, loving, friendly cats, dogs, kittens and puppies face death as a form of population control- winding up abandononed or in overcrowded shelters.

--One unspayed female dog, her mate and their offspring can produce up to 67,000 dogs in only 6 years.
--One unspayed female cat, her mate and all of their offspring can produce 370,092 in just 7 years.

Thank the Governor of West Virginia for signing the humane bill help with funding assistance for spay and neuter surgeries.
