    With the vast use of "last resort"medical marijuana plant the current system of a simple piece of paper to provide doctors proof is not good enough.I propose that they issue a separate chipped card that will help to avoid fraud

      A few years ago it was implimented the policy ,(or something), that all drivers who having their picture taken "may not smile!".They tell you each and every time.Really!!

    It is a new drivers joy to be able to show their joy in supporting their city and province financially by smiling. I honestly believe that the police would agree as there are often teeth and mouth identification marks that would be necessary to help to apprehend any suspect.
