Dogs Next Door are subject to the elements at all times. I have seen many animals die there!

These dogs have lived in a pen for many years,no one in this house does more than feed them. They are subject to the elements year after year.They had a cat chained up to a dog house, until it died a few winters ago. They had an inside dog, the granddaughter told us it died from flea infestation. Im pretty sure they just through it down the bottom of the hill that leads to a field. I have reported them many times. The dogs live in all their fecies, they were without water and food in 103 tempratures. I seen rabbits lay and slowly die. The grandparents are old, and ill, but the daughter and grand children will not take care of them at all. This past summer I was caught taking bones over to the dogs, I was warned by the police not to go on their property,but it doesn't stop us from seeing them living in filth. I also made a complaint about the many many bags of garbage back there. I live in the county, so I have to rely on the Sheriffs office, but they seem to have better things to do,understandably. they have a volunteer, but if he doesn't want to go out, he just doesn't. I have made three calls already. the temps are dangerously cold, and getting worse. Toinghts high is 2. That is animal cruelty. I would like to see those poor things surrendered. Please.
