IDRIS ELBA FOR BOND JAMES BOND

Recently Katie Hopkins expressed a view, that Idris Elba (A Grammy Award Winning Actor) should not be given the role of James Bond.
Her video was shared on my Facebook page and created a frenzy of opinion.
I am creating this petition, as some of the comments received should not be tolerated in the 21st centuary. Acting is an art form, and as long as an Actor/Actress can execute their role convincingly, I cannot understand why we cannot have a Black Actor playing the role of James Bond. Surely the role should be based on the content of his acting ability as opposed to the colour of his skin.
Katie Hopkins says the "British Actor cannot and will not be James Bond because he's not white". She also says the character of James Bond is "written as an upper class, arrogant white toff nurtured by Eton & Sandhurst and well connected by his Swiss Family fortune". She then goes on to say its "not because of talent that Idris Elba's interest in the role should be based, as our immagination is a precious thing". (huge contradiction if our immagination is so precious, why is she saying we shouldnt imagine the immaginable).
This is dispicable behaviour from a woman in the 21st centuary. (I would love to see a female eventually play Jamie Bond, she could be James Bonds secret love child).
I also feel appaled at a comment made by someone else on Facebook saying that Katie Hopkins is right because "Ian Fleming wrote the character of James Bond, based upon his own military background and experiences as a Navel Officer during WW2". (Were there not Black Naval officers in WW2).
This may well be true of Ian Fleming at the time, he was born in 1908 and died in 1964. Arguably at the time of creating the character of James Bond (in the 20th Centuary), he would have known no better, than to base the character upon what he knew at the time.
Katie Hopkins should be silenced. Idris Elba should be given the role, and invite her to sit in the front row at the initial screening so she can be educated and understand, that the beauty of acting is anyone can play any role they wish, no matter the colour of their skin.
