Homework violated our 13th amendment

Homework given to student such as myself has been assigned without our permission although parents or guardians may signed a school contract it does not mean that we have and as law states people can sign contracts due to legal reason but a person cannot be forced to signing a contract and a contract is not signed the person did not give permission to be assigned homework and work you are forced to do without signing or permission is slavery thus illegal as the 13th amendment states it abolished slavery and involuntary servitude servitude defined is slavery from a person of higher power than another person and as I have stated homework is slavery due to the 13th amendment and servitude is slavery from a person of higher power and teachers and the principal are higher power than students making it illegal to hand out homework. Studies have shown from the website I have linked below that homework leads to stress health problems and a lack of balance. After school hours no work should ever be assigned school give the importance of not being inside all day but if homework is being assigned to students by time the process of coming home in any of transportation eating and showering does not take long and can be done at the end of the day but as homework is assigned doing it during day kills time to go out especially in winter when sundown is early as 4 o clock as school ends around 2 40 getting home and finishing 6 or more classes of homework can be until 4 making it dark outside not being safe most of school is in winter so sundown is usually early but doing homework at night leaves students rushing to finish and making students stressed therefore I believe by our 13th amendment and common knowledge of time and healthy outside time homework should be abolished
