Demand that Volunteers with 10,000 Automatic Acceptance to the Board of Directors

I distinguished educator recognized by both the Miami-Dade County public school system and Nationlly as Educator of the Year two (2) years within my over forty (40) year career as an educator have never been as degraded and under appreciated as Ibhave been made to feel by the management. I have been a loyal and faithful volunteer for over twenty (20) years and 20,000 community service hours only to still not be respected and continuously belittled by the Executive Director and members of her staff. Many have asked why I stayed and endured the treatment if it was so degrading belittling, to those I replied "I do it for the animals, everything I've done within my 20,000 hours has been out of love and not once have I expected or asked for anything in return. I've collected by my calculations over $100,000 in the past 7 years for Animals without being recognized once. I've adopted thousands of animals making thousands of family's complete. I've seen those same familys which adopted puppies return 12 years later after the passing of their beloved pet and seek me out,to ensure they make a similar connection they had with the baby before, which I'vebeen told is due to my skills and quirky personality. I'm more then a volunteer, I'm an Adoption Counselor, I'm a Grief Therapist, I'm an Animal Activist , I'm a Human being and most importantly I'm a member of this Community and have dedicated the MAJORITY of my adult life in service to not only Animal Welfare but to an Organization which I believe to be committed and true to it's values I do not, repeat do not hold themresponsible for my cowardly ways! I hold only my self accountable for allowing one 1 individual hold so much power over me and the way I've been made to feel, I assure you that stops here and now. I DAYLE FRAGIN ON BEHALF OF THE COMMUNITY AND RESIDENTS OF NORTH MIAMI BEACH AND MIAMI-DADE COUNTY THAT VOLUNTEERS IN SERVICE FOR 10 YEARS OR 10 000 HOURS BE GIVEN THE OPINION TO SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WITH NO MEMBERSHIP DUES OR ANNUAL GIVING. It's understood that the IRS considers each volunteer hour as $10 per hour in service that's a total of $100,000 prior to joining. By that calculation I've contributed over $300,000 within my involvement in OUR organization. If I recall once said and I quote "Where is she going to go? She only volunteers so much cause she has nothing better to do, it's not fair to others who have a life and can't volunteer as frequently. " I overheard and cried but never let it affect my commitment and it's only driven me to get stronger. Today this _day__ of __Month__ 2019, I present 30,000 signures of all types of community members which are ready to discontinue their relationship with the organization and partner with a more Humane and Community originated Non-Profit Animal Welfare facility.
