Fight Rent Increases In Texas

Rent increases are out of control in Texas. Landlords can arbitrarily raise rents on apartments claiming it is because of 'market values'. We need to put a cap on yearly rent increases since wages are not increasing to match the cost of living. It is time to say 'enough is enough'.
