MR. PRESIDENT: FREE THIS VET,NOW !!

We the undersigned humbly petition you to effect Mark Markussen's freedom.. Inmate # 355143..Coyote Ridge Correctional Center P.O. Box 769 Connell,WA 99326. He has been incarcerated for 9 years for a crime he DID NOT commit. PLEASE investigate his fully documented case now !
READ THIS: U.S. Navy vet falsely convicted, neck broken, sexually assaulted by serial rapist(now deceased), case sabotaged by prison staff(no longer employed by the facility), destruction of processed outgoing legal mail, ongoing rejection and destruction of certain personal mail, ongoing retaliation, continued refusal of Washington State lawmakers to exonerate and release Mark despite the system admitting to all these injustices against him.
He has maintained his innocence and has strenuously battled,both in the courts as well as privately, to obtain his freedom. Myself, as well as a small circle of others(some for several years)who care for him deeply are and have been working hard behind the scenes to assist in this noble cause.
If we are successful, he will be released and compensated for all the injustices he has suffered. If not, he will remain incarcerated for several more years until serve-out and receive nothing but release.. when his arrest and incarceration have cost him all his worldly goods and stolen valuable years of his life.
I,Dessie Jones,the creator of this petition, have posted a large number of Twitter appeals since Dec. 2018..some to you Sir.. pleading for action but thus far none has been taken.
Won't you now PLEASE do so and personally see to it,as the highest dignitary in our great country, that justice is served and freedom finally rings for this man who honorably served his country and fellow man ?!
