Demand a 3 Strikes Law for Chicago and Cook County

Crime is rampant in Chicago and Cook County because our judges and lawmakers are spineless and won't put criminals away for a long time. Citizens of Chicago and Cook County are terrorized by the petty and professional criminals. A 3 strikes and out law which targets repeaters should be enacted.
