Stop extra radio channels from being added

Recently what happened is the devs want to add LE-, LE-2, and ES-1 to radio channels. What I would like to happen is for this to be removed as it is too soon we just got a huge update and people are still getting used to the current one. At least, give us time to practice how the new channels to work plus most people can't even read dept. channels fast enough.
