My husband is the best father ever. His ex wife left him for another womens husband while he was deployed. He was always faithful to her, despite her continuous unfaithfulness. My husband has never been late paying child support and has always paid the full amount, but usually more($34-300 above the monthly support except 2 months he paid minimum). This has been going on for over 7 years now. He has been given the rights to the children, even though he has no proof they are biologically his, to have them every other weekend and 2 weeks in the summer. She won't let them come over. Tennessee is very much biased in favor of the woman, even if she's the unfaithful and drug addicted parent that has already given up on her 3rd marriage. Even when the father has done nothing wrong, ours very scary trying toenforce you'rerights orbattle formore rightsbecause of this unlevel battke ground. I'm sick of her filling the kids heads with lies about their father that loves them and wants them.
