We, the residents of Oviedo, Florida are 100% against the current proposal to change the Future Land Use Designation for Sixty Point Fifty-Nine (60.59) Acres Generally located South of Mitchell Hammock Road & East of Clara Lee Evans Way from downtown mixed use-south of Mitchell Hammock sub-area (DMU) and rural (R) to downtown mixed use - new downtown sub-area (DMU).
