recipient: If the public what the bikes off the streets we need to get them somewhere to ride

The motocross bikes are on the street because there is no where for them to go that the police won't come try take there bikes. The only way to stop this problem is trying to get them somewhere to ride away from houses an where the police will leave them alone .
