I have started this petition for a lady who had the RSPCA and the Police force their way into her home early in 2013.
There were 6 Police and 3 RSPCA Officers who persited in suggesting she signed over 50% of her dogs even though they could find nothing wrong with them. They would not leave until she did.
The very next day she sent an email telling them she wanted to recind her signiture on their paperwork. The RSPCA ignored her, I also sent an email they ignored to mine, so she was advised to seek an injunction. this she did but it seem to take an age, so she filed in a court proceedings form to take them through the Civil courts
Some 6 months later she was the Claiment and the Police and RSPCA were the Defendants in a Civil Court case. She had the unenvious task of cross examine them and on one day, she was so stressed had to be rushed to hospital with breathing difficulties.
At the end of the trial the Judge took 6 weeks to supply his verdict, and he obviosly found in favour of the Police and RSPCA stating he said he prefered their statements, but could that be as they do them on a regular basis. It was sent in a letter and included that the police and RSPCA were claiming 70k costs, from her.
Not withstanding that, she has to go to court on the 7th Jan 2014 for him to tell her personally that she lost her first group of dogs in Feb last, now she will lose her home and the second group of dogs as she will be homeless. Worst of all she will have to sit there in front of these defendants who intimidated her into parting with her dog, and refrain from saying too much. It has alreadt completly changed her personality from a quite individual to very unbalanced individual.
I worry for her sanity and fear for her, as there is an ever growing list of people that take their own lives after suffering at their hands, I would prefer she was not another
