Beige Colored Vinyl Window Frames That Match Exterior Surface

RE: WINDOW REPLACEMENT: SVCA Rules & Regulation effective 1/17/07 & 1/01/13 both state "METAL or VINYL FRAMES ARE PERMITTED BUT SHOULD MATCH OR BLEND WITH EXTERIOR SURFACES". In May 2016 the Architectural Committee recommended wording be changed to "FRAMES MUST BE BLACK OR BRONZ. BOD accepted this change. I request the new wording be changed to "FRAMES MUST MATCH EXTERIOR SURFACES."
