There are better ways to control the feral cat population in Orlando, Florida, than poisoning the cats. There are groups that will catch the cats and have them spayed/neutered. Wildlife in the area is also being poisoned. This is a form of cruelty to animals. People who resort to such actions, may graduate to harming their fellow man. This person must be found and stopped.

Please petition the Mayor of Orlando, Florida to make an extra effort to stop the cruel poisoning of cats and wildlife that is happening in the Colonialtown area of Orlando. The animals convulse, foam and hemorrhage at the mouth and nose. The poison is causing the animals to suffer terribly. This is animal cruelty and must be stopped.
