MTPRC will be working alongside Metro Animal Care and Control (MACC) to help improve the quality of life for several dogs and we need your help! MACC has visited these houses multiple times, and the owners are receptive to the need for change. We will all continue to monitor the houses to ensure improvement occurs. Our goal is to keep these dogs out of our crowded shelters and rescues and in their homes. We want to drastically improve the living conditions and quality of life for the these dogs by providing assistance to their humans so they can better care for these animals. Compassion and education are the keys!
We need donations for veterinary bills (basic care, vaccinations, Bear’s nose, etc.). We also intend to kindly educate their humans about the benefits of spaying and neutering so all these dogs can be sterilized.
MTPRC's aim is to strengthen the human and animal bond. We want to improve the community culture surrounding animal welfare throughout Nashville and educate others on issues like the importance of spay & neuter, the dangers of backyard breeding and the cruelty of chaining dogs. Please help us accomplish our mission! We all need to work together to help these dogs and others like them.
