The poor treatment and abysmal conditions of dogs in Tennessee puppymills has already been well documented. We need legislation to improve and regulate commercial kennels. We would like to require:
doubling the cage space
veterinarian visits at least once per year and with each pregnancy
access to outdoor exercise areas
and many more provisions for the health and well being of the dogs in this state

I love my animials and no they should not do this in these places. Please lets all put a stop to this. My pet dog was killed by someone in the neighbor hood few months back and I miss her alot. I buried her in my back yard. Along with another one I got as a puppy. Let's stop this animial abuse.

I often wonder about Puppy Corral located in Memphis. Too many times they have told me to come back & see sibling pups the next day. They say they keep the litters in a barn in the back however they will not permit potential customers to go back there. What reputable breeder wont let you see the animal living conditions. Something sounds fishy. Puppy mills are sad and I have seen too many new reports to count with the horrid conditions in these places. Breeders need more regulations.
