Better Living Environment, Starts with Up Keep of Your Property

When moving into trailers on Shady Hill Circle, I realized there was some work to be done, painting to do, outlets to be changed, lights to be fixed, it wasnt easy by no means. But never did I imagine black mold underneath the flooring, behind the walls, leaking roofs & windows, pipes busting due to poor up keep. Knowing how the rent is pretty cheap, still shouldnt mean poor up keep of their own property. Couldn't they be responsible for some portion of their properties? Not just one trailer but all of them is in poor condition. More than one tenant is simply tired of living in unhealthy environments. We believe there should be change in what we have to call our homes. Which would mean our health would be greatly impacted without change.
