Ms. Jana Pruet of "The Blaze" wrote an article entitled "The Spunky Squaw boutique owner attacked by hate groups alleging racism." This article is filled with misinformation and offensive info regarding Native American people. Ms. Adams, the boutique owner, claims the term means "full of life indian woman" according to Ms. Pruet. Ms. Pruet did not speak to anyone Native American for this story , or it would appear so, and there is no proof of hate group activity. While some comments were strongly worded, most asked Ms. Adams to change the name and tried to educate her. Ms. Adams is also selling products that are copywritten under the Indian Arts and Crafts Law of 1990, which is against the law.
