When I saw a video mocking a boy of allegedly gipsy origin on YouTube, I wanted to report it as containing/promoting racism. I couldn't find a specific for racism option. The title of the video is: "Ciga peva 'Wiggle'", in Serbian. In English it means "a gipsy singing 'Wiggle'".
I know this is far from being the worse racism promoting video on the Internet, but I am pointing it out as to simply illustrate how YouTube has not included the option of reporting racist content of videos.
The video mentioned here, and similiar, may look quite inoffensive itself, but if you check out the comments you will notice how many racist opinions have been made on its basis.
One of such comments is the following, in Serbian:
"Чист пример, доказ да је човек настао од мајмуна :) ХАХАХХАХАХА Ал овај је застао на пола пута. :)"
Non-professional translation:
"A good example, a proof that Man descends from apes (...) But this one is stuck half way ..."
Another comment (as it is), this time in English:
"And thats why im racist. Here in [central European country], individuals like this one here are pretty common sight. Dumb, agressive, poor, smelly, inbred and they always blame us for their lives, while they get so much more support from the government..."
I would like us to be able to report videos and comments FOR containing implicit or explicit racism. If you agree, please sign.
Racism must be taken seriously and YouTube has the duty to do so!

Dear Google,
Please include "racism" (implicit and explicit) in the "Report" function on YouTube as a distinct option in its own right.
We also ask you to add a simple, yet comprehensive and scientifically funded description of "racism" attached to the option of reporting it as to promote responsible use of the option as well as to raise awareness of the issue.
Racism must be taken very seriously.
