Bring the rounded wing back for the jester classic in GTA Online!

Upon discovering the design and customization options for the upcoming dinka jester classic in GTA Online many players in the community were dissapointed that we weren't able to see the traditional rounded wing available in the customisation list itself alongside a lack of liveries and no single exhaust option. The jester classic is arguably the most highly anticipated vehicle to date and we really want a fully tuneable version to make it more satisfying on launch.
