I think horse racing should be ended especially the grand national alot of people are going to hate this if anythings done about it or even seeing this petition. There has been 18 grand nationals and them 18 grand nationals 16 horses have sustained fatalities and been put to sleep due to broken legs mainly this is wrong like any living beings these have a heart and a nature like any living being. These beautiful animals work their heart out racing they fatigue, they fall and either severely injure themselves or even worse die! But no matter what they still get killed if they can no longer race this is animal cruelty in my opinion and against the animal cruelty act so why hasn't anything been done!! It boils my blood to see these beautiful animals getting put to sleep or dying straight away because they are no longer up to racing standard its disgusting!!! They have a life just because they break a bone or severely injure themselves doesn't mean they are not fit for anything easy thing retire the poor things they don't deserve to be put to sleep after sustaining injuries to stop them from racing bones repair they have tools to help put there bones back together nuts, bolts and rods you don't see human beings being put to sleep because they have broken bones do you!! You don't see humans being put to sleep with severe injuries do you!! They get help they get repaired and they carry on with life. Why do this vile method of putting to sleep horses. why race them oh because all you money grabbers out there your basically paying for a horse putting their life on the line your disgusting human beings and you need a reality check it sickens me to why this hasn't been banned yet.
