Demand Fossil fuels to be stockpiled for use at racetracks

There's a growing concern that eventually fossil fuels will run out all cars and transportation Vehicles will be converted to either electric or some other mode of transportation I believe fossil fuels must be stockpiled immediately to allow us to have at least another hundred years of Carefree racing at all race tracks across the country. BMW's specifically the E36 M3, should be given preferential treatment when it comes to allowing the use of fossil fuels for the next 100 years.
We must also demand research and development on a miniature nuclear style endless supply of energy to make sure we can enjoy powerful, beautiful works of handcraft art and machine humans call automobiles.
