Residence against re zoning proposal 844239

We do not support Pierce County proposal 844239 to rezone Lakeridge Middle School and the adjacent 26.8 acres from Residential Resource (RR) to Moderate Density Single-Family (MSF). We would support the rezoning to code Public Institution (PI). This ensure the Urban Growth Management regulations and impact analysis are followed in the event Sumner School District decides to sale or trade the property.
