What is the O-zone layer?
The ozone layer is an invisible layer of protection around the planet that protects us from the sun’s harmful rays.
Why is it important?
It is important because it blocks solar radiation from reaching the Earth's surface,it also absorbs ultraviolet radiation that is harmful to living things on Earth.
What causes the O-zone layer depletion?
Ozone depletion occurs when destruction of the stratospheric ozone is more than the production of the molecule.
