Stop false statements againist handicapped father

Dear mayor,
Being in sane mind . I grew up and born in RI. My parents still are alive and there there. The situation I have revolves my dad that is suffering from MS. He was dating this woman who was abusing him and threw him out on the streets . she has a drug problem. My dad was getting his meds taken from her and when he refused to give her any she would abuse him mentally and physically. My dad is 75 years old and is now living house to house. There has been many reports but the law hasnt done anything. Yes there is laws protecting woman why just them What about disabled men.? The day he went to the house he waited outside after dropping off one of the children that she bugged him to pick up. After arriving she came outside yelling and laying in front of his car refusing to move till drugs or money was given. He couldn't move he has 2 canes and can't walk well. After he finally was able to leave she then called the cops and falsely lied saying he tried to run her over. The car was in park for a while. She now has a restraining order lied in court. He gets a ssi check and is fighting for a lawyer. After going to court a few times they believe her and they want to give him 1 year probation and anger classes. Are you serious this man is sweet. 1st let .me ask you Mr mayor where is his rights where is his protection. Why do you allow men to get bullied and labied. Something needs to be done . she is abusive and needs to be stopped. This is unfair.
