Grow vegetables on BU campus!

The Permaculture society has been pushing for BU students to have a place to grow healthy locally sourced food on campus with the aim of teaching students about the importance of growing food on a small local scale. This space would be beneficial to both staff and students by providing an escape from the stress of university life in a calm environment that is also adding to the university's green impact. The NUS has kindly provided us with a grant to set up a polytunnel on site for the production of leafy greens and other vegetables to make salads for students. However, we still have a long way to go and need your surport to build a comunity of people taht want to grow on campus. We are asking students and staff to join us and help to prove we have the numbers and support behind us to make this a BU-tiful success.
