Sign this pattition if you are against sexual harassment ,Descrimination based on gender non confroming behavior and retaliation by management  in the work place  and beleive that Employers  should take full responsibility for  not taking action when such complaints are brought to management attention

 employees are protected against descrimination under Title VII of the civil rights act  of 1964 as amended and  the americans with disabilities act of 1990 as applicable laws of the commonwealth of massachusetts 

THE STORY
Local Boston Subway Restaurant Franchise  Undergoes Investigation by the EEOC after an employee in training was fired after  disclosing to Management  That he was Disabled ,transgender and was suffering from a illness that would require reasonable accommodations around the same time the employee  complained about inappropriate sexual comments from other workers at the site  management  did nothing to remedy the situation instead  management fired said employee the next day
