Revoke License of Biotech Company that Bleeds and Kills Goats for Profit

Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc. injects goats with antigens, bleeds each goat for several months and sells the resulting antibodies, and then kills the goats. These goats are sick and suffering; they do not get veterinary care and the company has lied to the USDA about its conduct.
