I am a current resident of The Edge At Lyons Gate, and I along with others are fed up with the apartment. Everything is the apartment is falling apart, the staff could careless, and maintenance doesn't know what's they're doing when they come to "fix"something.
This Perition is to allow tenants to leave once they see how bad these apartments are after a couple months to weeks without an outrageous price tag attached.
Issues:
Carpets smell and are old
Cracks in the walls
Paint is fading and walls are uncleanable my hand
Staff is disrespectful
Nickel and dime you for the smallest thing
Invasion of privacy
Windows are slanted and letting out cold and hot air
Dishwasher leaves a horrific oder and stains to dishes
Washing machine has to be restarted 2-3 times in order for clothes to be cleaned and not smell
Goals:
Free early lease termination
Redo all necessary Apartments
Hire a more respectful and outgoing staff
