Stop Banks from Stealing Homes from Seniors

No person ages 65 and over should be moved from a home that they have been paying on for 20 years or more.  We have to STOP Bank of America and other Banks from foreclosing on properties like this, because they will not restructure home loans.  They discriminate against people 65 and over.  It is rare, if ever, that you will receive a loan modification.  If you do receive modification, your interest rate is higher than loans for younger people.   The Banks receive DEFAULT MORTGAGE INSURANCE for every home they repossess. Please tell your senators, congressmen, the banks, and others, that Default Mortgage Insurance should not apply on any Senior and their mortgage.  Help stop the madness.  Please Write or Call your Senators and the Federal Banking Commission to tell the Banks to Cease and Desist their actions of foreclosure against people 65 and over.
