Newly Constructed Garage

We are backyard neighbors on Grove Street, Summit Street and Wisconsin Avenue and we are concerned about the newly built garage facing our backyards. We do not want to watch open garage doors and watch cars come and go. We would like big arborvitaes planted (so we cannot see the doors) on the side of the garage and on the back of the garage to block our views.
