The man was anxious just because the dog was barking and got the axe and murdered the innocent dog with no emotions and feelings.
There should be strict civil code behavior established according to the Law and not let these people get away with their bloody crimes and deeds.

"Now with calmer hands and soul and medicals taken after the stress moment , I would like to witness the incident the way it happened, helpless waiting for the police to come for half an hour. It was a peaceful day for a cup of coffee for me and people I know around near the café and it was a moment to escape the reality happening these days. It was rather a relaxed atmosphere on a weekend day, when I was talking to a cousin next to me. In front of us a man with an axe in his hands passed by and for a moment I thought he was going to cut a tree or branch when he suddenly stroke a dog lying behind the flower plants one meter far from the place I was sitting. Then I first noticed the dog! The very first hit was fatal, as he could not pull out the axe from his head, the dog was crying and yelling, so he proceeded to hit his body with an iron stick. I've witnessed many dangerous situations, but such a shock, when you do not how to react I have not experienced so far. Then in 5 minutes people realized what he did and started to cry and disgust with pain and anger. As nothing happened the monster came to his home to leave the weapons while we were facing the dog's dying! This video is from moment to snap out of the shock and reacted after 20/30 seconds but the shock is still ongoing….
